* A 5-day grace period is allowed after each installment due date under the hire purchase plan.
* A 5% penalty will be applied to the outstanding amount if payment is not made within this 5-day period.
* Repeated default may lead to contract termination and recovery actions.

* The agreement remains valid until full payment is completed or terminated due to breach of contract.
* KPOIKPOIMINGI reserves the right to terminate any contract in cases of serious default or violation.

* Customers are required to provide accurate information and keep their profile up to date.
* Uploaded documents must be valid and verifiable.

* Customers will receive emails or SMS notifications for account status, approvals, payments, VAT notices, and penalties.

* All customer data is stored securely and handled according to relevant data protection laws.
* Digital contracts, receipts, and customer actions are tracked for transparency and audit purposes.

* All critical actions (e.g., edits, contract changes, payment link creation) are logged.
* KPOIKPOIMINGI may export relevant records for auditing and compliance checks.

* KPOIKPOIMINGI will not be liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the system or non-compliance with these terms.
